Mr. Alkesh MG (BE Civil) is the driving force behind EAZINFRA, bringing a strong foundation of technical expertise, rich project management experience and hands-on exposure to the infrastructure sector. An ex-L&T professional, he has been associated with the execution and planning of large-scale infrastructure projects, gaining in-depth exposure to industry best practices, quality standards and project management methodologies.
He previously served as Planning Head for the Atal Setu Bridge project, where he managed complex schedules, coordinated multiple stakeholders and ensured timely execution of critical activities. India's largest sea bridge was completed in a record 5.5 years despite two major waves of COVID-19 disruption and complex geopolitical and socio-ecological challenges.
His portfolio also includes the Mumbai Monorail project, the 3rd Narmada Bridge, the Mandovi Bridge, the WDFCC Project and the Mega UG 02 Underground Metro project — spanning project planning, resource management, site coordination and execution control in high-value, time-sensitive environments.
With a practical, solution-oriented approach, he leads EAZINFRA with a clear focus on quality, efficiency and reliability, enabling the company to deliver work that aligns with the expectations of leading infrastructure clients and demanding project conditions.
